They knew their customer base were likely to be digitally savvy and, from our insight into the industry, we knew that one of the biggest concerns of frequent internet users is digital security.
Combining this knowledge, cxLoyalty worked with mobilcom debitel to develop a solution that would address cyber-security fears, resulting in the creation of IDProtect, an online security platform designed to protect customers’ digital footprint. It offers online data monitoring, an online cleaner that removes personal data from websites and search engines, plus 24/7 telephone assistance from one of our call centres.
The number of enrolments for ID Protect exceeded targets by 20%. Mobilcom has also seen a 67% increase in customer conversion rates since the launch.
